Cancellation policy

Some items at Thrivera are offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. These purchase options are billed differently from a standard one-time order, so this policy explains how each one works and how you can change or cancel it. 1. Subscriptions
A subscription gives you repeat deliveries on a schedule you choose. When you sign up, you select the delivery frequency and, where applicable, the subscription duration.
Billing. Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery, unless you have chosen to pay for the full term in advance. Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.
Managing or cancelling. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Every order confirmation email contains a link to your order, where you can update your delivery frequency, pause, skip a delivery, or cancel.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please make your changes or cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Changes made after a delivery has already been processed will apply to the following delivery.

2. Pre-orders
A pre-order lets you buy a product that is out of stock or not yet released. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, and we securely store your payment method. We then fulfill your order and collect any remaining balance on or around the release date. We will let you know the expected fulfillment timing at checkout.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled, and any deposit you paid will be refunded. Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
With a try before you buy item, we authorize (but do not immediately charge) your payment method before shipping the order, so you can try the product at home first.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the item:
- If you keep it: once the 7-day trial period ends and the item has not been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
- If you return it: return the item in line with our Return & Refund Policy before the trial period ends, and you will not be charged for it (or you will be refunded if a charge has already been made).
